How long will it take my order to arrive?
Shipping times will vary depending on the delivery location. Orders are dispatched the following working day and may either be dispatched from our Australian warehouse if the item is in stock or dispatched direct from our manufacturer if the item is not in stock locally.
Orders should arrive in 5 to 10 working days anywhere in Australia.
All orders are dispatched using DHL express courier and we will provide you with a tracking link to allow you to track your order online.
Do you Accept Returns?
We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the item you purchased then you have 30days from the time you received your purchase to return it to us for a full refund.
The product is damaged or not working properly. What do I do?
Sometimes the product you receive may have been damaged in transit or is not working properly. Simply return the broken item back to us so that we can fix it. If we can’t, we’ll send you a brand new one.
The product isn’t the same as what was shown on the website. What do I do?
In rare circumstances, product descriptions may be slightly inaccurate due to new models being released or features being added or removed. If you receive a product from us that is not as described on the website, we will gladly accept your return. Simply return the product back to us and can offer you a full refund or store credit. Your choice.
If it is past 30 days and the product doesn’t work properly what can I do?
Depending on the product you have purchased , each manufacturer gives varying levels of warranty. If your item is covered by warranty we will facilitate the whole process on your behalf with the manufacturer. You will need to first pay for postage of the item back to us and from there we oversee the warranty claim. In some cases the manufacturer may want to deal directly with the customer so we will provide you with the details needed to claim warranty with them.
How to Start the Returns Process
Firstly email our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assess your returns claim. Please quote the invoice number and a description of the item that you purchased.
Then please repack the item in its original packaging and return it to:

Please note that we will be unable to provide refunds on items not returned incomplete or damaged or not in their original packaging.
On www.coolgadgets.net.au we accept payment by Paypal and by Credit Card using the Paypal gateway.
If you would prefer not to process your payment online please email us at email@example.com advising us that you would like to provide your credit card details over the phone.
Please simply provide your name and phone number and when might be a convenient time to contact you and we will call you at the stated time to organise to settle your payment.
Do you ship Internationally?
We currently are only dispatching orders to customers within Australia.
